Center for Faith and Work
FEB. 4, 2016

Dear {first},

February is upon us which means that we are already one month in since we made all of those New Year's resolutions. Along with making resolutions, many of us use this time to assess where we are in our work and lives. As the year progresses, consider exploring your calling through one of our Vocational Courses or Intensives. These classes are designed to allow an in-depth look at your particular field through the lens of the gospel.

We will be offering six-week courses in Faith & Finance and Faith & Art beginning March 15. These courses will deepen your understanding of Christian worldviews in a given industry, discuss the ways the gospel challenges common industry idols and explore what Scripture has to say about the tensions inherent in our work.

We are also offering our three-month Vocational Intensives in Arts, Built Environment, Cross-Vocational and Finance cohorts. These intensives follow similar contours to the Gotham curriculum framework, exploring how the gospel is at work transforming our hearts, communities and the world, and are led by Gotham Alumni. Over the course of nine weekly 2-hour meetings and three Saturday sessions, you will learn in community how to apply theological content & biblical truths to your everyday work life, creating a more meaningful & sustainable integration of faith & work.

We hope you will consider one of these ways to explore your calling with CFW this spring. The application deadline for both the courses and intensives is February 26.

Sincerely,

David H. Kim, Executive Director, Center for Faith & Work
