Center for Faith and Work
NOV. 2, 2017

Dear {first},

In light of Tuesday's attack in Manhattan, we would like to ask you to take a moment to pause and pray for all of those affected and impacted by this event.

We are grateful "the Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). Please pray for the people and protection of New York City and in particular for those who are part of the Lower Manhattan community where the attack took place.

We mourn because as Christians we know the world is not as it should be. We hope because we know there is a home that awaits us, ushered in by the coming of the Son of God.

Sincerely,

David H. Kim (On Behalf of the CFW Team)
