Many congregants struggle to connect worship on Sunday with workplace realities on Monday. This ministry year, CFW, in partnership with Redeemer City to City (CTC), will provide faith and work training for this year's City Lab Series, Faith and Work: From Vision to Implementation.

This five-part series will equip pastors and key leaders from their congregations with the framework and tools necessary to create a faith and work movement that weaves together robust theology and spiritual formation in community. Sessions will include teaching from Tim Keller and myself, practical guidelines for developing programming, and spiritual formation practices.

Each of these five sessions will be available for Livestream for those who would like to participate remotely. Our first session will be next Thursday, September 14 on the topic of Why Faith & Work? LAST CHANCE FOR FAITH & WORK COURSES

CFW Fall Courses will begin in a few weeks! Join our F&W Class (6-week introductory level) and F&W Intensive (12-week intermediate level) to learn how the gospel transforms your everyday work. These two courses are meant to be taken in sequence and provide a rich Biblical overview of the significance of work followed by a more intensive experience integrating theological and spiritual formation in the context of a committed community (similar to our Gotham program). Both of these courses are cross-vocational to bring a deeper transformation in the way we view and experience our day-to-day work. More>

Gotham provides theological, spiritual, and relational foundations required for meaningful and sustainable integration of faith and work. STORYTELLING BY ADAM WADE

Adam Wade is a record 20-time Story Slam Champion at The Moth, whose comedic storytelling has been lauded by critics at The New York Times, The Village Voice, Newsweek and New York Magazine. In this video, Adam shares one of his stories at the CFW Conference. On September 26, Wade will teach The Art of Storytelling and Public Speaking for Business, a three-hour workshop, to focus on the persuasive power of telling personal narratives and how to connect to employees and clients like never before.
