CFW Summer
Ministry Intensive

Last week, 36 pastors and lay leaders from churches around the world gathered for a week in Princeton with the CFW team in order to be equipped toward developing faith & work ministries in their own contexts. The unique nature of hosting and facilitating a dialogue between both pastors AND lay leaders proved to be a necessary distinctive in developing more meaningful faith & work integration. With a focus on re-imagining each of our respective cities through the lens of the gospel, we began each morning corporately focused on Scripture and unearthing the biblical foundations for work itself, engaged in theological training rooted in the texts, and wove in time for processing the learnings toward specific ministry applications. We are celebrating the ways that God’s Spirit richly blessed the time and praying about how to best steward this growing network. Thankful to all who attended and looking forward to seeing how God will bring tangible fruit to bear in cities around the globe as a result of this time.
