Andy Mills answeres the question, "What does it mean to have a meaningful passion with regard to our work?" First, it means that our passion for work is secondary to our passion for Christ.  Only then can Jesus truly use us for all his purposes.  Next, it means aligning ourselves with God’s reality.  We must strive to see people as God sees them, not as interchangeable cogs in a machine, but as unique individuals with specific gifts and passions that can be utilized in business to benefit everyone.
