Join David Kim and NYTimes bestselling author Sally Lloyd-Jones in the first fall event in our Soulful Work Lunch Series. Each month CFW will host dialogues with professionals from various industries, utilizing a practical theological framework to identify the inherent goodness of work, its outcomes, and the deeper questions it asks of us.

Lunch and a time of Q&A will be included.

This event is part of the Soulful Work Lunch Series.

Sally Lloyd-Jones

Sally Lloyd-Jones is a New York Times best-selling author of more than 20 books.

Her newest book, His Royal Highness, King Baby, was called “delightful” and “exhilarating” by The New York Times and listed as one of the best new children’s books by The Wall Street Journal.

Her other books include:
• The Jesus Storybook Bible, which has sold over 2.5 million copies and has been translated into more than 34 languages.
• How To Be A Baby, which the New York Times called “adorable, original, well-illustrated, and fabulous.”
• Baby Wren, a 2017 Christopher Award Winner
• Poor Doreen, a Bank Street College of Education Best Book of the Year
• Thoughts to Make Your Heart Sing, an ECPA Devotional book of the year

Sally is also a sometime performer:
• She recently performed in a twelve-city tour with Amy Grant and Ellie Holcombe
• She has appeared at Carnegie Hall with The Gettys in their Christmas Show.

Born in Kampala, Uganda, raised in East and West Africa, and at a boarding school in the New Forest, England, and at the Sorbonne—Sally moved to the States in 1989 “just for a year or two.” She’s still here.
