Where is the holy ground in your life today?

For our next Writers Monthly meeting on Tuesday, January 28 at 7 p.m., Stephanie Nikolopoulos will lead us through a workshop, "Moses and the Holy Ground: The Role of Place in Your Spiritual and Literary Life." Please RSVP by January 28 at 4 p.m. to ensure access to the building.

In this workshop, we’ll discuss the role of place in your spiritual and literary life as we read the story of Moses and the Burning Bush. Then we’ll go on to do writing exercises that will help you to write setting as if it were a character itself. You’ll be given optional take-home writing exercises that will encourage you to explore how writing in different locations affects your style and content. 

Afterwards, we’ll break into critique circles. Please bring 1 to 2 pages (double spaced) of original writing in any genre for feedback. We will conclude our fellowship with a special time to pray over our creative endeavors.
